Sugar Free Thai Tea with Chia Seeds (fauxba)

2 tablespoons Chia seeds 1 cup water 1 thai tea bag 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla syrup 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Bring water to a boil.
Add chia seeds to the hot water to allow them to bloom (should take 10 minutes).
While they are bloom, add the Thai Tea bag.
Once the tea has steeped, add sugar free vanilla syrup and heavy cream.
Serve over ice or keep it hot!
