  • Slice jalapeños.
  • Fill in air tight container to the top with jalapenos and pour in the salt.
  • Pour enough vinegar into the container to fill it to the top.
  • Refrigerate and wait at least 30 mins.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cloves garlic
  • 3 Thai Peppers
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 3/4 cup Golden Monkfruit sweetener
  • 1/3 cup fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup hot water

Instructions

  • Pour hot water into your container.
  • Pour sweetener into hot water and stir until it is full dissolved.
  • Pour lime juice, garlic, and thai peppers into the sweetener water mixture and stir.
  • Carefully pour the fish sauce and close the container.
  • Shake and refrigerate.
